What to measure in a proof of concept

- Build time per test case — for a basic, an average and a complex case of yours, from requirement to a trustworthy pass.
- Test breakage rate — the share of cases that stop working across one real release or upgrade, and the time to repair each.
- Time to triage a failure — run the suite against a build with known defects and time how long it takes to tell real defects from false positives.
